Job Description The role involves creating a slurry by mixing various chemicals and facilitating small-scale reactions. You will use mixing tanks of calcium phosphate, phosphoric acids, and calcium hydroxide to achieve the slurry form, which will then be converted into powder. The process is mostly automated, and you will utilize kilns to produce a type of ceramic that mimics bone material. While the kiln can reach temperatures of up to 1200 degrees, direct exposure is minimal. The position requires the use of large screen sieves, pulverizing equipment, and performing basic washing processes, requiring awareness to prevent contaminants.
