Quality Control Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$25.00 to $29.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)
Perform inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
Identify and report defects or non-conformities to appropriate personnel.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
Calibrate and maintain testing equipment as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues.
Quality Control Technician Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training is a plus.
Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or specifications.
Familiarity with measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and testing equipment.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
