- Provide first-level support for production software application issues related to merchandising applications.
- Develop monitoring solutions and troubleshoot/debug internally developed code using Perl, C/C++, and Java.
- Perform SQL queries to support application functionality and system improvements.
- Collaborate with development teams on corporate and divisional software projects.
- Update and enhance existing software applications.
- Automate support processes and document systems.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Perl, C/C++, Java, and Python.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle databases.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Experience with Mason and AWS technologies.
- Knowledge of HTML and UNIX/Linux operating systems.
