Job Description


We’re seeking a motivated Analytical Chemist with a background in organic or agronomical chemistry to support high-throughput analytical testing of agrochemical formulations and products. The successful candidate will join a dynamic Formulations Analytics Core Team supporting Research & Development and will perform both routine and complex chemical analyses using HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, and GC instrumentation.

salary: $30.99 - $31 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of organic compounds in agrochemical formulations.

  • Prepare complex solid and liquid matrices for analysis.

  • Utilize HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, and GC to conduct analytical testing.

  • Develop and optimize sample preparation and analytical methods to support R&D and existing products.

  • Ensure accurate data reporting and timely communication with stakeholders.

  • Troubleshoot instruments and analytical methods as needed.

  • Participate in method development, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and product supply teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry or a closely related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment.

  • Proficiency in HPLC/UPLC/LC-MS/GC techniques.

  • Experience with sample preparation, method development, and various cleanup techniques.
