Purchasing Manager/Engineer Location: 7150 SW Hampton St Suite C112, Tigard, OR 97223Latitude: 45.427530 | Longitude: -122.751460 Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager/Engineer to oversee procurement activities for our North Four Plant as well as company trade raw materials. The primary focus is on chemical raw materials, with additional responsibilities for sourcing fine chemicals, equipment, parts, and packaging materials. This role also includes supplier development and management (including optimization and elimination), as well as overseeing payment terms and accounts aging. Key Responsibilities: Requirements: 5+ years (preferably 5-15 years) of experience in chemical raw material procurement.Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry; Chemical Engineering or related major preferred.Strong understanding of the chemical industry and supply chain management.Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
