JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title: Quality Control Technician Salary: 25.00 /
Hour Shift: 1st Shift, 6:30am - 2:30pm M-F / Train from 8:00am-4:00pm
Summary: As Quality Control Technician you will work within the Quality
Control Team to plan and conduct activities concerned with the quality
assurance of industrial processes, materials and products. Job
Responsibilities: Plan and conduct analysis, inspection, testing and
integration to assure quality products/components Apply statistical
process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate current
process and process changes Document data obtained during all quality
assurance activities consistent with company policies and procedures
Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality
assurance activities Communicate significant issues or developments
identified during quality assurance activities and provide recommended
process improvements Prepare and present technical reports and program
information on results of quality assurance activities Qualifications /
Requirements: 2 year technical school degree in STEM or related field or
military equivalent 2+ years related experience within a manufacturing
environment Desired certifications include Six Sigma Yellow Belt, ASQ
Certified Quality Technician Mechanical aptitude, knowledge and
experience working with engineering drawings and blueprints Statistical
Process Control and experience applying basic statistical techniques
Demonstrated ability to operate (basic functions) in an ERP Computer
environment (SAP Preferred) Experience working with a Quality Management
System in and ISO 9001 / 17025 environment Excellent verbal and written
communication skills and computer literate in Microsoft applications
Advanced Excel skills Physical Requirements: Level of Physical Demand
Occasional Frequent Consistent Physical Activity 0-33% of the time
34-66% of the time 67-100% of the time Sitting X Standing X Walking X
Lifting 1-50 lb Carrying 1-50lb Pushing 1-50 lb Twisting x Reaching X
