Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Laboratory Technician to join a fast-paced, highly structured laboratory environment. The QC Lab Technician will perform a range of analytical duties to monitor the quality of products in support of manufacturing operations. This role involves the use of specialized analytical instrumentation and adherence to strict quality and safety protocols. Job Description
- Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products using instruments such as GC, IC, ICP-MS, and moisture analyzers.
- Ens ure accurate and timely processing of laboratory samples.
- Document all test results comprehensively and input data into laboratory databases.
- Troubleshoot analytical equipment and assist in coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Adhere to ISO standards, calibration schedules, and all standard operating procedures.
- Comply with all laboratory safety policies, including PPE, HAZWOPER, LOTO, and electronic communication protocols.
- Identify unsafe conditions or behaviors and report them promptly.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to laboratory operations.
- Support investigations of production defects and assist in the control of non-conforming materials.
- Collaborate closely with production teams and complete all required training assignments.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of basic chemistry principles and analytical lab techniques
- Ability to follow strict operational protocols and quality standards
- Proficiency in using and maintaining laboratory instrumentation
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Must pass pre-employment screening and training requirements
Education
- Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- OR Completion of at least 1 year of college-level chemistry
- OR High school diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of chemical laboratory experience

- Shift Hours: 7AM 5PM
