Chemist

Our client is seeking a Chemist with automation experience to join their team. As a Chemist, you will be responsible for formulating and coordinating development and testing personal care products. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Chemist** **Location: Darien, CT** **Pay Rate: Pay is between $25-30/hour w2 (Will be dependent on experience level)** **Key Responsibilities** + Conduct stability as required by the supervisor, i.e., track stability, update results charts and summarize data for review at each test period + Document every batch made with details of reason for the batch, batching notes, batch specification results and other test results as applicable. + Conduct laboratory efficacy tests and write reports detailing experiments, and analysis and summary of results **Requirements** + Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology or related field. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer skills.
