Job Description

Independently generate precise, reliable and reproducible data in a timely manner. Demonstrate experimental precision and strong data interpretation skills and should possess understanding of core discipline.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine tasks competently and independently, and generate reliable and consistent results.
  • Design, develop, and optimize robust analytical methods using separations-based techniques (HPLC, icIEF, CE-SDS)
  • Analyze and critique results, noting significant deviations.
  • Troubleshoot experiments and instrumentation.
  • Learn and understand new experimental techniques.
  • Demonstrate skill in multiple techniques and appropriately modify protocols, as required, to suit the changing needs of research or development sciences.
  • Place data in proper scientific context by consulting and citing relevant literature.
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in his/her field.
  • Impact projects predominantly through lab and/or pilot plant based activities.
  • Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding code of conduct, safety, appropriate handling of materials, controlled drug and radioactive compounds, GxP compliance, and animal care where applicable.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree, or equivalent education, with typically 3 or more years experience or Masters Degree or equivalent education (no additional experience).
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out job function.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with statistical tools for data analysis, Empower software and regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience leading the qualification and validation of analytical methods in accordance with ICH, FDA, and USP guidelines, ensuring methods are suitable for late-phase development and regulatory submissions.
  • Experience with authorship and review of technical reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and validation protocols.

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes ingood faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimatelypay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. Salary: $58,656 - $107,500

  • We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/visioninsurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.

  • This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
