Job Description We are seeking a dedicated contractor to join the Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, and Metabolism's Enzymology group in Groton, CT. This laboratory-based role involves supporting in vitro assays to investigate drug metabolism, enzyme kinetics, and drug-drug interactions. Responsibilities
- Generate samples from in vitro studies using biological matrices.
- Analyze samples by LC-MS/MS and process data for reporting.
- Perform routine lab activities, including stocking consumables and buffer preparation.
- Maintain an electronic lab notebook.
- Engage in effective oral and written communication.
- Collaborate effectively within a team.
- Conduct general laboratory work involving the study of drug metabolism in vitro.
- Interpret and present data from sample analyses using LC-MS/MS.
- Proficiency in assay techniques.
- Strong foundation in chemistry and biology.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Team collaboration abilities.
- Computer proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, or Master's degree with 1 year of experience.
