Quality Control Technician

Our client, a leading beverage manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician Location: Tampa, FL Pay Range: $16.50 Schedule : Working Hours: 6pm-6:30 am Rotating - 2-2-3 WK 1 - Work - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday WK2 - Work -Wednesday, Thursday WK3 - Reverts to WK.1, and the cycle continues. What's the Job? Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods. Audit container rinses, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations. Conduct package quality inspections and quality audits, isolating products that do not meet standards. Key attributes: Experience in a quality control environment doing acid - Base Titrations, Moisture analysis, HFCS brix testing, CO2 analysis, Beverage syrup testing, some knowledge of computer data base & instrument controls, in a beverage or food environment. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year prior production/manufacturing experience or 2+ years relevant lab technician experience. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Good computer skills, including literacy with Excel and Word. Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials. What's in it for me?
