Chemist

Our client, a leading organization in the chemical industry, is seeking a Chemist to join their team. As a Chemist, you will be part of the research and development department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Chemist

**Location:** Monroeville, PA

**Contract on W2**

**Schedule: Schedule: Monday 10PM to Saturday 6AM(3rd Shift)**

**What's the Job?**

+ Support photochromic performance testing and collaborate closely with formulation and development chemists.

+ Provide timely feedback on projects to ensure quality and integrity of data.

+ Manage test entry, scheduling, and testing processes to meet project deadlines.

+ Report data findings to both internal teams and external customers.

+ Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, VBA, and data processing software effectively.

**What's Needed?**

+ Bachelor's degree in physical science or a technical degree with 3-4 years of industry experience.

+ Demonstrated experience with data quality and instrument quality control practices.

+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

+ Good practice in quality control and instrument troubleshooting skills.

+ Understanding of photo-chemistry and coating technology is a plus.
