responsibilities:

• The Scientist will be responsible to run in vitro primary cell culture in 96-well plate format, perform serial dilutions of drug molecules, perform ELISA for cytokine analysis, and perform FACS flow cytometry analysis to look at cell populations changes and cell phenotype changes.
• Candidates with previous mRNA LNP production and characterization, and LNP antibody conjugation are preferred.

qualifications:
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree required
• 3-5 year of laboratory experience
• In vitro primary cell culture (human PBMC, Cyno PBMC and mouse splenocyte)
• Serial dilutions of drug molecules and application of treatment using multichannel pipette
• Live/Dead and antibody staining of cells and FACS flow cytometry run on BD FACS Canto II / Fortessa / LSR II and data analysis using FlowJo software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters Degree preferred
• Good to have: mRNA LNP production and characterization
• Good to have: LNP antibody conjugation
