Pay rate: $55 - $60/hr.

Description:

• The scientist will be responsible to run in vitro primary cell culture in 96-well plate format, perform serial dilutions of drug molecules, perform ELISA for cytokine analysis, and perform FACS flow cytometry analysis to look at cell populations changes and cell phenotype changes.
• Candidates with previous mRNA LNP production and characterization, and LNP antibody conjugation are preferred.
• In vitro primary cell culture (human PBMC, Cyno PBMC and mouse splenocyte)
• Serial dilutions of drug molecules and application of treatment using multichannel pipette
• Live/Dead and antibody staining of cells and FACS flow cytometry run on BD FACS Canto II / Fortessa / LSR II and data analysis using FlowJo software.

Qualification:

• Master with 57-year experience level/or PhD preferred
