Position: Scientist - In Vitro Immunology & Flow Cytometry

Are you passionate about cutting-edge immunology and drug discovery? We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scientist to join our dynamic team focused on evaluating mRNA-LNP drug candidates using primary immune cell models and high-dimensional flow cytometry.
This is a hands-on, lab-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to contribute to the development of next-generation therapeutics.
What You'll Do
- Perform in vitro primary cell culture using human PBMCs, cynomolgus monkey PBMCs, and mouse splenocytes in 96-well plate formats.
- Conduct serial dilutions of drug candidates and apply treatments using multichannel pipettes.
- Execute flow cytometry assays including Live/Dead staining and antibody panels on BD FACS Canto II, Fortessa, and LSR II instruments.
- Analyze flow cytometry data using FlowJo to assess cell population shifts and phenotypic changes.
- Support mRNA-LNP screening efforts by evaluating immune responses and cellular uptake in primary immune cells.
What You Bring
- M.S. in Immunology, Cell Biology, or a related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience, or Ph.D. with hands-on expertise in primary immune cell assays.
- Strong experience in flow cytometry, including panel design, staining, instrument operation, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in primary immune cell culture and handling of human and animal-derived cells.
- Experience with mRNA-LNP drug screening is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
