- Perform basic wet chemistry techniques for in-process and final testing.
- Prepare and run samples through analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, IR, Titration, Density, FTIR, Viscosity, and pH.
- Support R&D with pilot plant samples.
- Work based on the LIMS system.
- Maintain documentation and follow SOPs.
- Work independently while being part of a team.
- Collect samples from the raw materials lab and receiving area for testing.
- Proficiency in chemistry and analytical chemistry.
- Experience with lab instrumentation such as GC and HPLC.
- Understanding of wet chemistry techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Multitasking capability and proactivity.
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred (Chemistry or science degree with chemistry minor).
- Associate degree in a science field with chemistry coursework and 1-2 years of lab experience.
- Experience with wet chemistry or analytical instrumentation, even if only in academia.
This position is located in an industrial lab environment with both old and new equipment. The work pace can be very fast, especially during peak seasons. The attire is casual, with a lab coat provided. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift before transitioning to the 3rd shift. The lab is part of a leading global producer and marketer of skin health and hygiene solutions for away-from-home settings, known for using the latest advances in skin care science and state-of-the-art dispensing technology.
