What Youll Do

- Be a Science Champion: Perform a variety of chemical and physical analyses with state-of-the-art technology, including HPLC, GC, AAS, ICP, and more.

- Own Product Quality: Test, analyze, and release raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, playing a key role in quality assurance.

- Solve Problems, Drive Improvement: Lead or collaborate in investigations, use root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to keep operations world-class.

- Embrace Safety: Serve as an Emergency Responder; maintain first aid, CPR, and emergency response training.

- Champion Data Excellence: Accurately document and manage information using tools like SAP and Documentum, ensuring compliance and continual improvement.

- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with production teams, sharing analytical results and insights that support seamless operations.

- Support Compliance: Contribute to ISO, RCMS, EPA, OSHA, and Responsible Care initiativesyour work matters for people and planet.

Who You Are

- Education: Bachelors degree in Chemistry (no prior experience required) OR Associates degree in Science and 5+ years of laboratory experience in a manufacturing setting.

- Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills with a relentless focus on quality and safety.

- Team Player & Strong Communicator: Able to work independently, share results clearly, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

- Tech-Savvy: Experience with laboratory instruments and digital documentation systems.

- Adaptable: Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule and travel up to 5% as needed.

- HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)

- GC (Gas Chromatography)

- AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy)

- ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma)

- KF Titrators (Karl Fischer)

- pH meters, viscometers, and more

Shift OptionsFind Your Fit!

- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM 8:00 AM

Physical Requirements

- Change gas cylinders and safely handle laboratory equipment/materials

- Maneuver carts with solvent containers for short distances

- Assist with 55-gallon waste containers

- Walk up and down stairs and lift up to 50 lbs

- Work rotating shifts
