Pay rate: $25 - $30/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sterile cell culture (cell lines and primary cells)/aseptic technique
• Demonstrated ability to optimize cell culture conditions, phenotypic assays
• Demonstrated ability to perform PCR/gene analysis, protein/cytokine measures via ELISA/MSD and western blotting
• Candidates with knowledge of the following techniques will receive extra consideration: flow cytometry, tissue explants
• Proficient in maintaining accurate laboratory records and data
• Analyze data, generate PowerPoint slides and present work in internal meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in molecular biology, immunology or other biological sciences with 1-4 (BS/BA) years of experience
• Masters degree is desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with peers and their teams
