NPI Test Development Engineer

Summary: Seeking an NPI Test Development Engineer to develop innovative testing processes and equipment for new products within the NPI Manufacturing Engineering team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering
• 5+ years experience as a production test engineer or similar role
• Experience with production end-of-line testing and building testing equipment
• Strong knowledge of industrial communications protocols
• Familiarity with capital equipment and production testing processes
• Proficiency in database management
• Experience with helium leak testing

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of modular design principles

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement testing processes and equipment for new products
• Contribute to capital equipment planning
• Own planning, quoting, procurement, and qualification of new testing equipment
• Integrate Design for Test principles into new products
• Collaborate with production controls engineering team on new testers
• Maintain databases to track testing results and equipment performance
• Develop helium leak testing for complex hydraulic electro-mechanical systems

Pay Details: $105,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
