We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and ensuring that all products meet established quality standards before reaching customers. This is a critical, hands-on position that works directly on the production floor and requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. salary: $41,600 - $43,680 per year

work hours: 4 PM - 3 AM

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and test products directly on the assembly line

  • Document and report defects and deviations

  • Collaborate with production and compounding teams to resolve issues

  • Calibrate and maintain testing equipment

  • Conduct process audits and support quality improvements

  • Maintain accurate records for compliance
