This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment on the 3rd shift with a contract-to-hire arrangement. You will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our production area, ensuring high standards are met consistently. Responsibilities Participate in team meetings to coordinate tasks for the shift. Perform large and small packing operations. Lift up to 40lbs approximately 30% of the time. Load drums and totes with materials. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, specifically in picking and packing operations. Ability to stand for the entire shift. Capable of working in a non-temperature controlled facility. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in production and packaging. Why Work Here? Work Environment The position requires working Monday to Friday from 11:00pm to 7:30am in a non-temperature controlled facility.
