**Qualifications**
+ Ph.D. in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (M.S. with strong experience will be considered).
+ 5+ years of industry experience in compounding, with proven success in new product development and commercialization.
+ Expertise in polymerfiller systems, crosslinking mechanisms, and material characterization.
+ Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes, including injection, transfer, and compression molding.
+ Proficiency in DOE and RCA; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven track record in cross-functional collaboration.
+ Track record of publications including patents, journal articles, industry standards.
+ Membership of industrial or scientific organizations such as SAE, ASTM, ACS, AICHE.
+ Can-do attitude and team player is a must.
