Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quality Assurance Lab Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and possess comprehensive technical testing expertise to support our lab operations. This role involves performing a variety of lab procedures with minimal supervision, analyzing data, conducting tests, and preparing detailed reports.

responsibilities:
- Perform diverse QA lab procedures using scientific techniques and complex equipment.
- Conduct sample preparation, including extraction, dilution, titration, filtration, and various separation techniques.
- Operate and maintain a wide range of laboratory instruments, such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Spectrophotometers (UV-Vis, FTIR), pH meters, balances, refractometers, and microscopes (for microbial or material inspections).
- Execute microbiology testing, including aseptic techniques, inoculations, and the use of petri dishes, incubators, and autoclaves.
- Conduct chemical and physical analyses, including titration and density measurements, with a strong understanding of chemical interactions to ensure product safety.
- Analyze test data, interpret results, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Maintain accurate records of all tests and analyses performed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards.
qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Chemistry preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, demonstrating strong lab equipment skills and technical testing expertise.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in sample preparation techniques (extraction, dilution, titration, filtration, separation).
- Demonstrated expertise in operating lab equipment, including HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, pH meters, balances, refractometers, and microscopes.
- Competency in microbiology testing (aseptic techniques, inoculations, petri dishes, incubators, autoclaves).
- Knowledge of chemical and physical analysis methods (titration, density measurement) and understanding of chemical interactions.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and prepare clear and concise reports.
Work Ethic : Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
