Responsibilities:
- Enter data into company databases
- Perform inspection of equipment, product, and/or production lines
- Ensure conformance to GMP guidelines and company policies/procedures
- Inspect/audit facilities, manufacturing equipment, and products as require
- Identify non-conforming conditions and products relating to food safety and food quality
- Place on hold products or materials that do not conform to specifications
- Initiate investigations into the causes of material or product non-conformance, gathering pertinent information without prompt from Supervisor
- Investigate customer complaints with guidance from Supervisor
- Perform internal audits based on SQF guidelines
Qualifications:
- 1 year of quality control experience in food & beverage
- Ability to work independently
- Good analytical skills
- Experience following GMPs
