Description Your Role in Our Mission

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical testschemical analyses, hematology, immunology, and additional laboratory proceduresadhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Provide assistance with specimen collection and sample preparation as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, facilitate training for newcomers or students, and uphold high-quality laboratory standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Educational Requirements

• An accredited Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout employment tenure.
