• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and various other analysesfollowing established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab equipment undergoes necessary maintenance and calibration.
• Assist in specimen collection and preparation for testing as required.
• Document all lab procedures with precision, mentor new hires or students, and maintain high standards of lab quality.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering strictly to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Conferred Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree combined with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain certification throughout your tenure.
