Education and Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or possess an equivalent allied health degree while preparing for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain an active certification throughout your tenure.
