responsibilities:

• Perform routine analytical testing using techniques such as HPLC, GC , and potentially Mass Spectrometry in support of early-phase pharmaceutical projects.
• Operate and maintain lab-scale analytical instruments in a GMP-regulated environment , ensuring accurate and compliant results.
• Accurately document experimental procedures and results using electronic data acquisition and GMP-compliant systems.
• Assist in method development and troubleshooting , working under guidance but performing tasks independently after onboarding.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors to flag any issues, deviations, or equipment concerns.
• Adhere to strict lab safety protocols and documentation practices , including proper labeling and material handling.
• Maintain flexibility with work hours , including occasional off-shift support (early mornings, evenings, or weekends) as needed.

qualifications:
Required Skills:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. with no sponsorship now or in the future
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant GMP laboratory experience (or recent Master's degree in Chemistry with applicable training)
• Hands-on experience with analytical chemistry techniques , including HPLC and GC
• Familiarity with GMP documentation practices and compliance standards
• Strong attention to detail; highly meticulous, careful, and organized
• Fast learner with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours , including early mornings, evenings, or weekends (10-20% off-shift)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a QC laboratory or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Exposure to Mass Spectrometry or additional analytical techniques
• Proficiency with electronic data acquisition and management systems
• Strong interest in analytical chemistry and a proactive approach to learning new techniques
• Previous experience working across multiple lab locations or departments
