Job Title: Chemist 2-Month Contract (Potential to Extend)
Location: Sanford, NC

The Role:
Step into a hands-on chemistry role where every day counts. Youll be analyzing raw materials, intermediates, bulk, and finished goodsensuring nothing leaves the lab without meeting strict quality standards. This is a fast-paced, precision-driven environment where your expertise keeps the process moving, products compliant, and timelines on track.

What Youll Do:

• Perform analytical testing using both advanced instruments (pH meter, viscometer, UV-Vis, FT-IR, etc.) and classic wet chemistry techniques.

• Troubleshoot issues, determine material disposition, and keep the lab workflow humming.

• Write and revise SOPs, validate methods, and uphold GMP/GLP standards.

• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

• Mentor peers when needed and share best practices.

• Keep detailed, compliant records that stand up to any audit.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years as a chemist (pharma, cosmetics, FMCG, or related GMP/GLP environment preferred).

• Solid analytical chemistry knowledge with strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and lab quality systems.

• Degree in Chemistry or related science (or equivalent lab experience).

Contract Details:

• Length: 2 months to start, with possibility to extend.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Hourly Pay Rate: $28-$34
