Required Education

• A Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent health-related degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of your hiring.
• Maintain an up-to-date certification throughout your employment.
