Job Title: Chemical Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer to leverage specific coating defect analysis tools and collaborate with Department Managers to identify root causes of paint defects, either in the process or raw material. You will assist Department Managers and Supervisors in developing and sometimes implementing solutions to defects, and may present findings to shop floor employees.
Responsibilities
- Utilize coating defect analysis tools to identify root causes of paint defects.
- Collaborate with Department Managers to analyze and resolve defects in processes or raw materials.
- Assist in the development and implementation of solutions to address defects.
- Present findings and solutions to shop floor employees as necessary.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in chemical engineering.
- Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes.
- Experience in chemical engineering within a manufacturing setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Understanding of wastewater and process engineering.
- Experience with anodizing processes.
Work Environment
The Chemical Engineer will be based in the Mosinee location. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $49.00/hr.
