The Quality Control Specialist, MMQC is responsible for ensuring the raw materials and in-process media meet rigorous quality standards by performing various analytical tests and measurements per SOP.
This position reports to the Quality Control Manager, Raw Materials and is part of the Quality Control Operations Team located in Torrance, CA and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, in-process media using analytical methods (e.g., HPLC, SPE, Elemental Analyzer, Particle Analyzer)
- Review and validate analytical data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and perform general qualification, troubleshooting and maintenance of test equipment to maintain compliance and calibration
The essential requirements of the job include
- High school diploma with 36+ months of analytical lab experience or bachelors degree in science or related field with at least 12 months of analytical lab experience.
- Experience with HPLC and/or SPE techniques.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 25 lbs
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- LC/MS experience

The hourly range for this role is $ 23.75-34.04. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
