The engineer will work in a team environment and be responsible for developing, improving, and troubleshooting chemical processes such as priming, painting, electroplating, cleaning, etching, stripping, anodizing, and corrosion resistant coatings on various aerospace alloys. A fundamental understanding of alloy surface engineering is required. The work scope includes working in a laboratory and will all aspects of the product life-cycle. Ability to work in a laboratory setting, making chemical solutions, preforming experiments, processing parts. Ability to create test plans, document work, and communicating to engineering customers.Additional Education RequirementsA bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. A minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in a laboratory.
