Key job responsibilities

Provide infrastructure support for incoming system tickets, including in-depth troubleshooting across multiple products, features, and services.

Work on maintenance-driven coding projects, primarily using Java and AWS technologies.

Support software deployments in staging and production environments.

Develop internal tools to streamline operations and maintenance activities.

Generate and maintain system and support status reports.

Take ownership of one or more digital products or components.

Improve infrastructure, operational performance, and overall system stability for Retail Mesa.

Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and procedural evaluations.

Identify opportunities through technical discussions and make informed trade-offs.

Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical defects.

Lead and coordinate company-wide campaigns in collaboration with support and engineering teams.

Ensure compliance risks for Retail Mesa systems are effectively managed.

Drive large-scale initiatives such as cloud migration, pipeline automation, and other infrastructure projects to completion.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure

- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust

- Experience with Linux/Unix

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
