The ideal candidate brings expertise in immunology, development of assays to test immune cell functions, translational application and a background in industrial small molecule drug discovery.
Responsibilities
- Review potential targets identified by our platform for therapeutic potential in non-oncology -related diseases with emphasis on autoinflammatory/immunology diseases
- Devise & implement biology strategy to drive target progression towards strategic milestones (biology program leadership)
- Develop relevant assays to determine downstream effects of target degradation (e.g. signaling, viability, cytokine secretion, function) & link phenotypes with disease biology
- Interpret, present and report research findings at internal meetings and external scientific conferences in relevant context
- Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team (e.g. chemistry, proteomics, data science, discovery sciences, animal care facility)
