We are looking for a sharp professional that possesses these top 3 skills:
Pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or OTC industry experience
HPLC, GC, viscosity testing, and/or reflux testing experience
B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or related
Pay: $62k-$68k
Schedule: 2nd shift: 3:15p-11:45p
Type of Job: Direct Hire/Permanent
Location: (Onsite- Oak Brook)

QC Chemist Daily Tasks: What you will do:
Conduct a variety of analytical instrumentation tests, including HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), viscosity testing, refractometry (reflex testing), and wet chemistry techniques.
Support testing of finished products and raw materials in compliance with regulated environments such as GMP or ISO standards.
Apply a solid understanding of analytical chemistry principles to ensure accuracy, precision, and reliability of test results.
Lead and perform investigations into deviations or out-of-specification results, including root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
QC Chemist Qualifications/Requirements:
B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
1+ years of laboratory experience in a GMP regulated environment such as Pharmaceutical, cosmetic, OTC
Experience with HPLC, GC, reflex testing, and/or viscosity testing
