Job Description

Qualifications & Experience

PhD or expert knowledge in Virology, Immunology, Cellular / Molecular Biology, or related discipline

Demonstrated track record of leading teams to achieve objectives. 5+ years of experience managing direct reports or matrix teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills supporting critical technical and business decisions.

Experience in Cell Therapy analytical development or analytical operations

Strong organizational skills and ability to track and prioritize competing objectives

Familiarity with flow cytometry, molecular, and cell-based assay techniques as well as analytical development principles and ICH guidelines

Desire to develop, mentor, and coach team members to achieve high levels of engagement and successful delivery of objectives

Desire to acquire new skills and knowledge
