and driven Quality Control Technician to join our third shift team. If

stay true to our values, even under pressure. What You?ll Do: -Monitor

and enforce food safety and quality standards across production lines

-Conduct internal audits, GMP checks, and pre-op inspections -Support

lab testing and generate Certificates of Analysis (COAs) -Investigate

quality issues and collaborate on process improvements -Train personnel

on SOPs and food safety programs -Ensure compliance with SQF, FDA, and

other regulatory standards -Assist in third-party audit preparation and

documentation -Collect and deliver product samples for lab testing

-Support traceability, labeling accuracy, and ingredient control

Requirements, What You Bring: -1+ year of experience in a quality

technician role, preferably in food production -Degree in Biological

Sciences or related field (or equivalent experience) -Strong computer

and numeracy skills -Familiarity with food safety programs and

regulatory compliance -Ability to work independently and collaboratively

on 3rd shift -Willingness to work overtime when needed Why Catania Oils?
