- Support and execute in vitro immune cell assays, including:
- T cell proliferation
- Cytokine release
- Dendritic cell co-cultures
- Prepare and process samples for flow cytometry (minimum 8-color panels)
- Work with human primary immune cells (e.g., PBMCs)
- Follow established protocols and assist with troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate lab records and organize data for analysis
- BS in Immunology, Cell Biology, or related field with 5+ years of lab experience (or MS with 3+ years of experience)
- Strong hands-on experience in cell culture and flow cytometry
- Familiarity with human immune cell handling is strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
