This is a 100% onsite role ideal for a scientist with a strong foundation in cellular immunology who is passionate about therapeutic innovation. responsibilities:
  • Design, execute, and analyze in vitro immunology experiments using well-characterized reagents
  • Conduct primary immune cell and fibroblast culture, including tissue culture, transfection, and cell line generation
  • Perform and interpret multi-color flow cytometry (BD Canto II, Fortessa, LSR II), using FlowJo for data analysis
  • Screen mRNA LNP candidates in cellular assays (preferred)
  • Collaborate closely with scientists across departments to drive discovery-stage research projects
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate findings clearly to the broader research team

qualifications:
Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's in Biological Science or related field with 3-5 years of biotech/pharma experience; OR a Master's with 1-3 years; Ph.D. preferred
  • Hands-on expertise in multi-color flow cytometry and independent data analysis using FlowJo
  • Experience designing and executing in vitro experiments
  • Proficiency in basic cell biology and biochemical techniques (tissue culture, transfection, cell line generation)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced lab environment
Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with mRNA LNP candidate screening
  • Prior work in an immunology discovery or early-stage therapeutic development setting
  • Strong communication and data presentation skills
  • Familiarity with working in a cross-functional R&D team
