Responsibilities Your Impact Awaits

• Conduct essential clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established procedures.
• Evaluate and interpret test results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Keep meticulous records of all processes, provide training for new staff or students, and help maintain strict laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment in compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education and Certification

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Qualifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is expected to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Continuous maintenance of certification throughout your employment is required.
