Job Description

Eurofins PSS is seeking a Biochemistry Scientist to join a non-GMP analytical team supporting biologics development. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and collaborative, with hands-on experience in analytical techniques and a passion for scientific problem-solving. Youll contribute to method execution, data interpretation, and cross-functional teamwork in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical testing using techniques such as:
    • HPLC (SE-HPLC, IEX, HIC, RP-HPLC)
    • SDS-PAGE
    • Capillary electrophoresis (CGE, iCE)
    • N-glycan analysis
  • Support characterization of biologics including proteins, antibodies, peptides, and conjugates.
  • Execute experiments, analyze data, and provide clear interpretations.
  • Write, review, and revise test methods and technical reports.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to meet analytical goals.
  • Help develop workflows that maximize instrument uptime and data quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to lab organization and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in a scientific field with 23 years of relevant industry experience, or
  • Masters degree with 01 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with analytical techniques used in protein and biologics characterization.
  • Understanding of the drug development process and industrial lab practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.

Additional Details:

This is a full-time, onsite position based on a first-shift schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), with overtime required as needed. Candidates located within a commutable distance to Andover, MA, are strongly encouraged to apply.
