• Evaluate testing results with keen attention to detail, identify discrepancies, troubleshoot them effectively, and carry out maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection and sample preparation, as required, to ensure all testing processes run smoothly.
• Keep meticulous records of all procedures performed, mentor new staff as needed, and uphold the highest laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and compliant laboratory environment while strictly adhering to safety regulations and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, coupled with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Expectations

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
