Your Role What Awaits You

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical testscovering areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunologyadhering to rigorous lab protocols.
• Evaluate testing results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and undertake maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for further analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all lab processes, mentor newcomers, and ensure the maintenance of established quality benchmarks.
• Uphold a clean and safe laboratory environment while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health field, complemented by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year of joining the team.
• Ensure ongoing certification is maintained throughout employment.
