Description Your Responsibilities

• Execute both routine and advanced clinical laboratory analysescovering areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunologywhile adhering to established protocols.
• Carefully evaluate test results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Facilitate specimen collection and prepare samples for accurate testing as necessary.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all processes, offer training to new team members or students, and uphold the highest quality standards in the laboratory.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by complying with all regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Attain ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Continually maintain current certifications throughout your employment tenure.
