Description What Awaits You

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory testingincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and othersfollowing established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and routinely maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when needed.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new employees or students, and uphold lab accountability standards.
• Ensure a pristine, secure work environment while complying with applicable regulations and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
