Description Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical lab analyseschemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established standards.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and carry out maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for examination as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining quality standards in the laboratory.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all regulatory protocols and accreditation benchmarks.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, coupled with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be obtained within one year of employment.
• Ensure continuous certification is maintained throughout your employment.
