Second Shift Quality Control Technician
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for a leading aerosol product manufacturer in Woodstock, GA. This on-site, full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining product quality and safety by inspecting and testing assembly line products to meet company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate works well independently, manages time effectively during the overnight shift, and collaborates closely with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly. This is a direct hire position! Pay Rate
$ 20 .00 per hour , can increase based on experience Schedule and Hours
Monday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week with a 4-day work schedule!) Must train on first shift for the first two months Monday- Thursday 6:00 a.m . to 4:30 p.m. Second Shift Quality Control Technician Duties and Responsibilities
Inspect and test products on the production line for quality and specification compliance. Document and report any defects or quality concerns during inspections. C ollaborate with production and compounding teams to quickly address quality issues. Maintain and calibrate quality control instruments to ensure accurate testing. Conduct routine audits of production processes to improve quality control procedures. Accurately maintain quality records for regulatory compliance. Assist in implementing corrective actions to prevent recurring quality problems. Additional related job duties as assigned by management. Second Shift Quality Control Technician Qualifications and Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum 2 years experience in quality control in manufacturing , preferably in the gas or aerosol fields . Knowledge of quality control methodologies and industry standards. Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently with accuracy and efficiency. Drug Screening and background check required at time of hire. Benefits
