Description Your Role

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across various disciplineschemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established protocols.
• Ensure the reliability of results through diligent analysis, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and pre-test preparations when necessary.
• Document processes in detail, mentor newcomers, and uphold our rigorous lab quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and orderly working space while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of your employment.
