Your Role Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of routine and advanced laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of test results by troubleshooting discrepancies and performing routine maintenance as well as calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and the preparation of samples for testing, when necessary.
• Carefully document all laboratory procedures, participate in training new team members, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Academic Qualifications

• A Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree with equivalent training and preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Continued certification maintenance is required throughout employment.
